CGA’s Educational Programs & Marketing Committee is developing a series of educational videos and supporting materials that inform each stakeholder group of how they can more effectively use 811 to streamline the damage prevention process. Because damage prevention is a responsibility shared among all stakeholder groups, the 811 system is at its most effective and efficient when stakeholders actively work together to fulfill their roles to the best of their ability. The goal of this video series, “Tips for Effective Use of 811,” is to help stakeholders understand how they can improve their organization's own processes to do their part in streamlining the 811 system.
