Efficient Use of 811 for Facility Owners/Operators
CGA is creating a video series and accompanying toolkits to help educate the industry about how each stakeholder in the one call process contributes to misuse of the system, which can lead to damage. It is our hope the videos and materials will start a conversation to help change process and eliminate existing problems. The second video in the series, which focuses on what facility owners/operators can do to aid in improving the efficiency of the 811 system. Additional materials include a social media teaser video and messages, PowerPoint and one-pager templates and infographics.
