Efficient Use of 811 for Professional Excavators

CGA is creating a video series and accompanying toolkits to help educate the industry about how each stakeholder in the one call process contributes to misuse of the system, which can lead to damage. It is our hope the videos and materials will start a conversation to help change process and eliminate existing problems. The first video focuses on the excavator role in an efficient damage prevention and locate request process. Additional materials include a social media teaser video and messages, PowerPoint and one-pager templates and infographics.
