CGA Announces PHMSA Deputy Administrator Tristan Brown as Keynote at the 2022 CGA Conference & Expo

WASHINGTON (March 8, 2022)Common Ground Alliance (CGA), the stakeholder-driven organization dedicated to protecting underground utility lines, people who dig near them and their communities, announced Tristan Brown, Deputy Administrator of the Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), as its keynote speaker at the 2022 CGA Conference & Expo, on April 6, 2022.

During breakfast on April 6, Brown, along with CGA President and CEO Sarah Magruder Lyle, will lead an engaging discussion on the future of our Nation’s infrastructure. They will discuss how the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law advances innovation in transportation, the role that an efficient damage prevention process will play as we look to rebuild our Nation’s critical underground assets, and how the law incentivizes investments that support economic strength and global competitiveness.

The full conference schedule features curated educational sessions across six educational tracks from industry-leading speakers, designed to foster collaboration among damage prevention professionals and move the industry forward toward the next significant reduction in damages.
