The Northwest Region Common Ground Alliance (NWCGA) is comprised of industry leaders from the states of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Our mission is to encourage operators of one-call notification programs, all excavators, and underground facility owner/operators to adopt and implement practices identified in the Common Ground Alliance best practices report.
