Technology & Methodology Information Survey

The CGA was invited by PHMSA to contribute to a required study outlined in Section 8 of the 2016 PIPES Act.  CGA's Technology Committee is leading this project for the CGA.  As part of this effort, the Technology Committee is using the below form to collect input from stakeholders and subject matter experts on improvements to technology or practices that have or could reduce the frequency and severity of incidents caused by excavation damage.

If you have more than one technology/methodology to report, please submit a separate response for each. Also please pass this onto others that you feel may have valuable input.
